  • Table covers & runners — fitted or throw-style covers for standard 6-foot and 8-foot show tables, dye-sublimated so your logo and colors are printed into the fabric, not stuck on top. Add a runner for a lighter, lower-cost branded look.

If your artwork needs cleanup or you're working from a logo we have to recreate, that design work is a paid add-on — we'll tell you up front what it takes rather than surprise you later. Good booth graphics keep the headline short and high, your offer in the middle where it's read at eye level, and contact details near the bottom. We design so the key message lands in the three seconds someone spends walking past.

What goes into a complete booth display kit?

Typically a fabric or pop-up backdrop, one or two retractable banner stands, and a fitted table cover — all designed together so the colors and message match. We'll right-size the kit to your booth space, whether that's a 10x10 corner or a tabletop setup. Request a quote and we'll spec it out.

Do you design the artwork, or do I need to bring my own?

Either works. If you have print-ready files, we'll use them. How far ahead should I order for a trade show?

Sooner is safer. Lead time depends on the size of the kit and how ready your artwork is, so reach out as soon as you have a show date and we'll work back from it. Larger large-format pieces and full kits need more runway than a single banner stand.
