Large Format Printing in O'Fallon, Bigger Than Life

When a piece needs to be seen from across the room, across the booth, or across the parking lot, ordinary printing won't cut it. Our in-house wide-format presses handle the oversized work the way your brand deserves to be seen.

One wide-format shop, a lot of big ideas

Large format printing is the wide-format capability sitting behind nearly everything we make — the same in-house equipment that powers our signs & banners also turns out posters, oversized photo prints, presentation boards, and trade-show graphics. Because we print it ourselves in O'Fallon, we control the color, the material, and the timeline instead of farming it out and hoping for the best.

"Large format" simply means bigger than a desktop printer can handle. If a piece is measured in feet rather than inches, this is the service for it. Common projects we run include:

  • Posters & oversized prints — matte or gloss, indoor display quality, in standard and custom sizes.
  • Foam-board & rigid prints — mounted on foam board, gator board, or PVC for presentations, easels, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Trade-show graphics — backdrops, panels, and table graphics that coordinate with our trade-show displays.
  • Step-and-repeat backdrops — logo-tiled media walls for events, photo ops, and press moments.
  • Large photo & fine-art prints — high-resolution reproductions for offices, lobbies, and gifts.

Files, color, and finishing handled in-house

Big prints are unforgiving — a low-resolution file that looks fine on screen falls apart at four feet wide. Our team checks your artwork for resolution, color, and bleed before anything hits the press, and we'll flag problems rather than print them. If you don't have print-ready art, our designers can build or clean up files for you; design and AI recreation are a paid add-on, but they're often the difference between "fine" and "framed on the wall."

We also finish what we print: mounting, laminating, trimming, and grommets where the job calls for it. Need the artwork to travel further than a poster? The same files can roll into wall murals or a custom quote for a full graphics package. Tell us the size, the surface, and where it's going, and we'll point you to the right material.

What's the difference between large format printing and a banner?

A banner is one common large-format product. Large format covers the whole wide-format category — posters, foam-board prints, trade-show graphics, step-and-repeat backdrops, and big photo prints. If your project is specifically a banner, see our signs & banners page; for anything else oversized, you're in the right place.

Do I need to provide a print-ready file?

It helps, but it isn't required. Large prints need high-resolution artwork to look sharp, so we always review your file first. If it isn't print-ready, our designers can build or clean it up — that design work is a paid add-on. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what it needs.

Can you mount or laminate the prints?

Yes. We finish in-house with mounting on foam board or PVC, lamination for durability, trimming, and grommets where needed. Let us know how and where the piece will be used and we'll recommend the right material and finish, then send a quote.
